MERN Stack Developer
The MERN Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The developer will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality applications, services, and tools that support our business operations.
To ensure success as a MERN Stack Developer, you should be proficient in JavaScript, adept at building full-stack applications from scratch, and capable of delivering complete solutions independently within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of project development.
- Application monitoring and performance optimization.
- Regular progress reporting and documentation.
- Assisting team members and collaborating on project tasks.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- In-depth understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await).
- Experience with React.js workflows (Redux, Context API) and hooks.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind CSS.
- Strong knowledge of backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience with database schema design, data modeling, and query optimization (MongoDB, Mongoose).
- Knowledge of authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
- Understanding of deployment processes and working with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Good command of the English language for client communication.
- Knowledge of web security best practices and solutions.
- Experience with socket programming, real-time applications, or microservices architecture is a plus.
- Familiarity with other stacks (e.g., MEAN, Laravel, PHP) is a plus.
